Visitor day for potential members

We are holding a visitor day on 2nd February 2012. This is for local businesses who are interested in improving their business to come and see the most successful business networking organisation in the area. If your trade or profession is not currently represented on the group (see the members page) then do get in touch.

Annual social meal
Our annual post-Christmas meal was held in early January. The majority of members managed to get along, and it was a very good evening with members getting to know each other better over an excellent meal and a few drinks.
This was just one of our regular social occasions to help move the group forward for the members.

Review of 2011: 
2011 was our 10th year of operation. It was a very healthy year, with lots of high quality valuable referrals being passed, and new members joining.
We saw a couple of other franchise- based networking groups fail nearby, and a few of their members have joined G2B. Their feedback was the other groups were not interested in local issues. This reinforces our strategy of being owned and run by the members. This means we can totally focus on what is important to our members and not get distracted by a national central office telling us what to do, and them taking a big chunk of our funds!
